The project reimagines the industrial typology through a balance of corporate refinement and operational rigor, demonstrating how logistics architecture can project both efficiency and identity.
A vertical entry tower clad in deep cobalt-blue ribbed metal panel anchors the front elevation, rising above a cool gray volume to frame the building’s primary axis. The tower serves as both wayfinding device and brand statement, its bold color drawn directly from the company’s identity and reinforced by oversized address numerals integrated into the corner
massing. Continuous ribbon windows wrap the second-floor offices, balancing transparency with the solidity required of a tilt-wall industrial structure.
The plan organizes itself around a clear front-to-back hierarchy. A wood-slatted reception lobby, finished in warm oak tones against polished porcelain floors, introduces visitors to the corporate side of the operation. Beyond it, an open workspace with glass-walled private offices and a conference room overlooking the service yard maintains a visual connection between administration and production. The interior palette of soft grays, blues, and natural wood mirrors the exterior, carrying the
